A guided request, not a commitment to purchase
This guided intake helps us understand your planning question, geographic area, and intended use. We assess feasibility and available evidence before agreeing on a scope. Submitting a request is free and does not commit you to purchase.
No discovery call is required to submit a request. We may contact you by email to clarify the scope or data requirements.
What happens after you submit?
- We review your planning question and the proposed geographic area.
- We assess data availability, feasibility, and important limitations.
- If feasible, we provide a proposed scope and written quote before any work begins.
What a brief may include
Depending on the question and available data: a concise written analysis, neighbourhood maps, documented sources, methodological notes, and clearly stated limitations. The final contents are defined in the agreed scope.
Privacy and scope
Please do not submit patient records, personal health information, or identifying details about individual service users. Only upload organizational material you are authorized to share.
A Neighbourhood Evidence Brief is analytical planning support, not a clinical assessment, verified measure of unmet need, or instruction to allocate resources. Indicators and geographic analyses depend on source quality, coverage and feasibility.
Form submissions are processed by Tally as a third-party form provider; please review AQIMERYL's privacy notice and Tally's privacy policy before submitting.
